Landlord Certificates
Landlords have specific legal responsibilities to their tenants when it comes to safety. As a landlord you are required to have a current gas safety certificate and a 12 monthly gas safety check must be carried out on every gas appliance / flue for commercial and domestic. A gas safety check will make sure gas fittings and appliances are safe to use. At Gas co we provide fully qualified experienced gas safety engineers to carry out inspections for landlords and letting agents.
We issue a wide range of safety certificates for landlords to meet legal requirements prior to letting their properties.
Boiler Servicing
All gas boilers are required to have an annual boiler service every 12 months. Regular boiler servicing will help prevent toxic carbon monoxide leaks and reduce the chance of boiler breakdown during the winter months. Even new boilers need servicing every 12 months and nearly all manufacturers warranties issued on new boilers are subject to a boiler service, carried out by a gas safe registered engineer within a 12 month period.
At Gas co we can service all domestic and commercial boilers as required.

Boiler Breakdowns
If your boiler has broken down there’s no need to panic. At Gas co we have experienced engineers who will be able to get your heating back on and your hot water running again. With a variety of payment options available to our customers the drama of a boiler breakdown need not become a crisis.

Boiler Installations
At Gas co we design and install effective heating systems that can be adapted to meet the specifications of our customers and their properties. We are able to undertake both residential and commercial installations for our customers. We do not have any loyalties to a particular boiler manufacturer, so the deal we offer you will be the one that suits you, our customer, the best.
Plumbing & Bathrooms
We work with partners to install plumbing to the exact design and specifications of our customers, specialising in bathroom, shower room and wet room installation. The high volume of referrals and testimonials our team receive is testament to the quality of service and workmanship offered to all our clients.
Energy Survey
An energy survey is a systematic review of how energy is used within a building or industrial site. It includes a physical inspection of buildings and equipment, which can range from a simple visual inspection to a fully instrumented study. Following a survey, we can offer options for work to improve the energy efficiency of your property.

Gas Co engineers aren’t just qualified to carry out domestic work, we have been trained to work with commercial and industrial systems including catering equipment for hotels, care homes, restaurants and pubs. We also can look after all mobile catering wagons and leisure equipment. So if you know anyone with a burger wagon or any outside food outlet we got you covered! Maybe some one that is going to a festival and needs a gas check and certificate on their L.P.G equipment.
